Auctioneer Accreditation
All auctioneers must have their real estate and/or stock & station licence endorsed as an auctioneer.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enrol in the NSW Auctioneer Accreditation, you must hold either a Real Estate or Stock & Station Licence.
To apply for a NSW Auctioneer Accreditation, the OFT requires a statement of attainment from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) stating that the applicant has successfully completed the relevant NSW Auctioneer Accreditation.
NSW Auctioneer Accreditation comprises of one topic
- Conduct property sale by auction (PRDRE26A)
These courses can be delivered by correspondence or classroom delivery.
Assessment
The NSW Auctioneer Accreditation Course is competency based and therefore requires students to submit an assessment following the completion of the unit.
Following successful completion of the NSW Auctioneer Accreditation Course, you will be provided with documentation to satisfy the educational requirement of the NSW Auctioneer Accreditation issued by the OFT.
